🖌️ About the Exhibition
The Art Center proudly presents the 79th Annual Brush and Palette Club Members’ Exhibition. Whether you are a member of the Club or not, a seasoned artist or just starting out, this is your chance to shine at one of the most prestigious art events of the year.
The exhibition features a variety of mediums, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, drawing media, collage, and printmaking.
🌟 A Legacy of Creativity
Since the 1920s, the Beaux Art Club, now the Brush and Palette Club, has been a place in the community for individuals to build friendships, exhibit their artwork, and share inspiration and a love for bringing art to life.
What began as a small group of painters sharing their work in churches and libraries has blossomed into one of the largest art clubs in the region.
🎨 Meet the Judges: Bob and Kathy Martin
Bob and Kathy Martin have been selected as the judges for this exhibition. Their romance with art began when they opened a full-service floral and decorating shop in Phoenix 20 years ago. During that time, they both studied and practiced fine art in their spare hours.
After retiring from the floral shop, they moved to Grand Junction and now paint every day. Their work can be seen at the Blue Pig Gallery in Palisade.
