Registration can be completed over the phone, in person at The Art Center, or online. For phone registration, call 970-243-7337, extension 2 and have your credit card handy for making payment. To register in person, stop by during gallery hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 9am – 4pm. Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check or cash. To register online, click on the checkout button at the bottom of each class page and you will go through a secure checkout process on our website. Online payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

Class space will not be reserved without full payment. Please be aware that classes require a minimum number of students and are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration; the best way to ensure that the class you’re interested in doesn’t get cancelled is to register by the registration deadline... and don’t forget to tell a friend to sign up!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a class or workshop registration and receive a refund, notify The Art Center at least 14 days before the start date of the class or workshop. If The Art Center is given the required 14 day notice, The Art Center will issue class credit in full or will refund your payment less the registration fee ($15 for adults, $5 for children). NO REFUNDS or class credit will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the class or workshop. If you register for a class or workshop within the 14 day period, you will receive no refund or class credit for a cancellation. Sorry, no refunds or class credits for no-shows. This policy helps instructors plan and prepare for upcoming classes, ensuring you receive ample notice if a class has insufficient registration.


If you cancel a class or workshop before the 14 day deadline, you may choose to receive a credit for a future class or workshop. If you choose a credit, that credit must be used within a calendar year.

If The Art Center cancels a class or workshop

If a class or workshop in which you enrolled is cancelled by The Art Center, you will receive a full refund or can choose a credit for another class or workshop.

Art Supplies

Supply lists for each class are available at the time of registration. Unless otherwise specified, the student is responsible for purchasing art supplies. Some supplies for classes are available through the Gift Store at The Art Center. Call 970-243-7337 ext. 2 for more details and to get your class supply list.


If a class reaches its maximum capacity, a waitlist will become available. Follow the same process as registration to join the waitlist. It does not cost anything to join the waitlist. The Art Center will notify waitlist members if and only if any seats in the class become available in the order in which they joined the list.

Need-based scholarships are available.

To apply, you must provide a completed scholarship application prior to registering. Application must include all applicable financial and tax documentation.
